Not only is Dishonored 2 here, but it follows along the story of Dishonored, and has a coherent environment, with more viable pathways. For Dishonored 2, they felt compelled to go deeper into the history of the locations you are at.
What became of Emily Kaldwin? Well, the developers decided to run with her, find out what she was like. They developed a vision. Dishonored 2 takes place 15 years later, as Emily is ruling the Kingdom. You will be able to play as either Corvo, the royal protector, or Emily, the ruler of the kingdom, and face a threat that has stolen from you. Your goal is to get back what is yours.
Using the Void Engine, they are attempting to immerse us into the world like never before.
The gameplay has changed drastically since the first, making sure that stealth is even more important.
Dishonored 2 releases November 11, 2016 on PS4, PC, and Xbox 1. There will also be a Dishonored 2 collectors edition. It’s limited, and will have a version of the mask from the game, as well as Emily’s ring.
